 Final sales are calculated based on the zip code where the merchandise is being delivered.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA ON A MIN OF ORDERS $35

(USPS: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS) - $0.00

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

(USPS PRIORITY: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS) - $12.00

 

Orders placed before 3p.m EST are processed and shipped out the same day.

Orders placed after 3p.m EST are processed the same day but will be shipped out the next business day.

Orders placed and payment approved after 3p.m on Friday will be shipped out the next business day, excluding U.S Federal Holiday.

 

Uhm. Can I track my order?

 You will receive an email with shipment notification, including tracking information once the order is complete and heading to you. *During holidays and high sale seasons, orders may incur a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled.

 

Why does my order say pending?

If your order is currently pending, this means that your order has been accepted and is currently in the production process. All orders will remain “pending” until they are packaged and shipped out to you.

 

Opoops, I put the wrong address. Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, email us at Thelotusawakens@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address so we can adjust it for you immediately. Once a package has left our facility, we are unable to make any adjustments.

 

I'm ready! How long will my order take to arrive once shipped?

Domestic orders (USA) are shipped through USPS Mail. Standard delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days, but their delivery dates may vary depending on the facility processing.

 

Why was my package returned to the sender?

Packages are most often returned to our facility due to missing apt/unit numbers. Please double check your order confirmation to see if your address is missing any information. From there, Please email Thelotusawakens@gmail.com with all necessary information. Once received, your package will be sent back with your updated address. *Please note that this address change will not reflect in the automated email you receive when your item is shipped to you so you must go in and update it if necessary.

 

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. I'm confused.

In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package as being delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you contact the shipping provider for more information immediately. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider. From there, they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.
