To qualify for local delivery in the Broward County/Miami-Dade/Palm Beach County. You must email us at thelotusawakens@gmail.com with your order number to request delivery for your items. There is a minimum of $39 to be purchased to qualify.

Once your purchase is received, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm delivery information. When your order is packaged and ready to be delivered, you will receive a notification via email or via text (of your choice)to keep you updated with an ETA.

As long as you’re within a 5 mile radius of our location, delivery is free.

 Between 6 - 10 miles, delivery fee is $5.

 After 10 miles, delivery is $1 per mile.

If you purchase a minimum of $100, your delivery fee will be waived and free of charge.

 

What do I need to have with me when I pick up my order?

You must bring a valid ID. You will be required to sign for the merchandise during pick up.

 

Can someone else accept my order?

The person whose name is on the order receipt must be the one to pick up the order. Due to security reasons, here at Lotus Awakening we want to make sure there is no confusion of sort.

  

Can I place an order and add someone else's name on file to accept delivery?

Yes, absolutely. Please keep in mind that a signature is required to sign for pick up.
